February 1, 2012 - Resident Leslie Kasmar snipped the ribbon to reopen the renovated dining room on 2nd floor at Luther Special Care Home. Also in the picture were, left to right, Ivan Olfert, Operations Lead - Health Services; Sherri Hildebrandt, Director of Support Services; Murray Tempel, Director of Staff Development and Volunteer Workforce; and Betty Warren, Vice-Chair of the LutherCare Foundation Fund Development Council. January 25, 2012 - LutherCare staff members received training in "Lean" management. Now being adopted widely in the health care system in Saskatchewan, "Lean," strives to identify and eliminate wasteful practices that do not create value for the end customers, who in the case of LutherCare, include our residents and clients.  

January 24, 2012 - Luther Heights resident Hugh Rodden recited the "Address to the Haggis" at the Robbie Burns Dinner held at Luther Heights.

December 5, 2011 - Lorette Richard, left, Tenant Services Coordinator at Luther Riverside Terrace, receives the 2011 Spirit of LutherCare Award from CEO Vivienne Hauck. The award is presented annually to a LutherCare Communities employee who has made an exceptional contribution to the quality of life of residents and staff.
