LutherCare Communities' Community Day Programs serve seniors living in the community who desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including meaningful social opportunities with their peers. No assessment is required. Many of our participants find that the weekly program is all they need to ward off feelings of loneliness, and maintain a healthy and positive outlook on life. Community Day Program activities include the following:
LutherCare offers Weekly Community Day Programams at the following times and locations: Young at Heart meets Mondays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at McNaughton Place, 302 6th Avenue North. View Map TEMT (Travel, Eat, Meet, Talk) meets Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Luther Special Care Home, 1212 Osler Street. View Map Live Smart meets Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Clinkskill Manor, 115 19th Street East. View Map The programs are supported by the Saskatoon Health Region and managed by LutherCare Communities. |
